COVID-19 update
If you have experienced fevers/chills, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, muscle aches, loss of taste/smell, tested COVID-19 positive, or was exposed to COVID-19 now or recently, please reschedule your appointment for when you have been symptom-free for one month. All patients are required to wear their own masks (nonvalved) when coming in for an appointment.
